I am an all species, all methods angler. During the hours that I should be sleeping, I fish for anything that swims via shore, boat, kayak, and skishing. I started blogging in 2008 because a fishing magazine what not interested in publishing my article because it was too specific and would not generate enough advertising revenue. I write articles on DIY projects that range from a multi-functional fishing bucket to a custom Gloucester Light Dory that I built from marine plywood and blueprints. I also enjoy writing articles on fishing books, fishing gear, and my fishing adventures. I have been delivering fishy seminars in 2010. During my seminars, I answers all questions without secrecy. I was the President of the Plum Island Surfcasters for 4 years. I has rods like my wife has shoes. Fishing is indeed my mistress.
